Royal Suite – ocean views guaranteed!

The Royal Suites at Ocean View House are aptly named because their comfort and setting will make you feel regal. The first impression you will get is of a welcoming, modern, light and royally spacious suite. The expansive windows take in the beautiful views of the garden, ocean and big skies.

There are four Royal Suites at Ocean View House. Three are on the first floor and have their own private balconies which are reached through the large sliding windows. The fourth suite is on the ground floor and has a private terrace that leads onto the garden. All suites enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the ocean.

Unique in art and design

All the suites are individually designer-decorated in a contemporary African style, each with its own unique feel – garden, beach, and Africa. Each suite has a large separate seating area where you can comfortably relax. Original paintings by leading South African wildlife artist and conservationist, Ian van Zyl, are in three of the Royal Suites and complete the unique and special feel of the rooms.

Imagine returning from a day of touring or sightseeing, and retiring to your room where you can open the windows, relax and unwind at the end of the day as you soak up the sea breeze and gorgeous sunset.

Comfort and indulgence

Nothing has been spared in the comfort and indulgence of our guests, from the appropriate royal king sized beds with the finest Egyptian cotton linens, to the modern entertainment centre and free wifi. All suites have an iPod docking station (CD and radio), flat screen TV, air-conditioning/heating, tea and coffee making facilities, fully stocked honestly mini bar, and complimentary biscuits.

All curtains are fitted with block-out lining so that you can lazily sleep in long after the sun has risen, if you wish!

The suites have modern and luxurious en-suite shower rooms with thick towels, shower robes and slippers, and of course, the finest toiletries.

Extra person

Our Royal Suites can accommodate a third person comfortably. Also the suites have inter-leading doors which are ideal for accommodating larger families.
