Facilities are ok but well spread out difficult to find.
There... read more was a gale force wind when we arrived and it was buffeting all sides of our room.It would have been impossible to sleep and I was unwell so we decided to leave.This was not the hotels fault.
However the way the member of staff dealt with us leaving was very poor and attitude was poor.
He also left before 7pm so that we couldn’t inform the desk of our leaving and arrangements and no contact has been made or communication since. We accept the wind was not the hotels fault and it was our choice to leave. It was just badly dealt with and very expensive.

Our garden suite was beautiful and the breakfast first class. It was lovely to see some the “new” staff engaged last year just after Covid, had developed into very efficient and confident young people. It really is a hidden & tranquil gem in what can be a very busy Camps Bay.

The staff are extremely professional and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the breakfast wonderful and the grounds extensive and well maintained. We stayed in the Garden Suite which we can highly recommend for size and privacy.

The Panoramic Rooms certainly gave panoramic views and were very large .
We were room 17 which gave views... read more of the Twelve Apostles to left and Ocean in front we could watch the Sunset from our Balcony.
The bed was huge and comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice both fruit , cereal etc and hot stuff cooked to order freshly.
Spa treatments available were very good .
Honesty bar was great idea and Mini Bar great value unlike most other hotels we have stayed in where they are so expensive you don’t even open it .
Staff were very friendly and helpful too . Plenty of on site parking was a bonus . One of the owners poured us bubbly on Xmas Day Breakfast nice touch .
We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all . Great barman !

The breakfast was delicious and the honesty bar was a great touch - we loved having a glass of wine by the pool after coming back from dinner. All the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay special - a particular thank you to Damien who gave us some great advice on safaris. A truly exceptional hotel and highly recommended - we would love to come back some day!

Staff are very friendly and there is an honesty bar.

Views are amazing, service second to none. Staff are so friendly and helpful, easy access to all Cape Town, camps bay and surrounding areas, sa must must stay at Cape Town. Just forget the hotels and experience this amazing guest house (so so not a guest house). Breakfast is brill, freshly made to your order, and no rush. Very relaxing and chilled out place to stay . A must.

Amazing views with the ocean to the front (the sunsets!) and the 12 apostles behind. We could've spent all day enjoying the views! Breakfast was great, with gluten free bread available on request. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Close to Camps Bay, a short, safe ocean side walk away. It felt like a hidden sanctuary! Such beautiful gated grounds and plenty of parking. Magnificent hotel gardens, complete with Koi pond and two guest swimming pools, add to this boutique hotel's tranquillity and splendour.

We stayed in a beautifully laid out Panorama suite offering both a balcony and indoor seated area from which to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the ocean.

Nothing is too much effort for the friendly staff and everyone from reservations manager, Mark, through to housekeeping and Supreme and the kitchen team are absolutely amazing. We were celebrating a special occasion and came back from a day out to a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates.
The freshly baked breakfast croissants and omelettes are mouth-wateringly delicious!
