As the December breeze ushers in a season of reflection and joy, I find myself thinking back to a profound source of recent inspiration – my time spent with my niece, Ria. I was able to travel to spend time with her in Germany.

Her presence reminded me of some of the simple yet profound values that shape our lives: Relationships, Integrity, and (appreciating) Awesomeness (RIA).
